Customer payments will be made to the Special Purpose Foreign Exchange Account of the investor, who will not have access to those funds and all means paid will not be used to finance the project.

Customers with loan: The construction of the complex is accompanied by Unicredit bank which provides customers with opportunities of getting a loan even in the early building stages.

VAT refund will be possible for adult citizens of Serbia who since July 1st 2006 have not owned an apartment in the territory of the Republic of Serbia, of a surface area up to 40m2 as well as up to 15m2, per each member of the family household. Value added tax for newly constructed buildings is 10%, and for office spaces/shops and garage places is 20%.
